 About "Childless Chicks": Started by our founder and president, best-selling author and political pundit, national columnist Sophia A. Nelson. We are a group of American citizens, women and men alike who are deeply concerned about the cruel and callous rhetoric about "childless cat ladies" and "childless liberals like Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg" coming from Republican Vice Presidential nominee Senator JD Vance of Ohio. In response to his lack of respect for us as citizens of this great Republic, our goal is to support Vice President Harris in her run for the presidency in 2024. Vice President Harris is a step-mother of two adult children, a wife, an aunt and great aunt. She has done groundbreaking work in maternal health for black women, and reproductive health for all women. She is by far the best candidate to represent those who are without children by circumstance, those who wish to have children and are in need of IVF, and those who are "childless" by choice.

We believe in an inclusive Government, one that empowers all of her citizens to have equal rights, equal liberty, and an equal opportunity to participate in democracy and run for office, hold office, serve as staff to elected officials, or simply to be citizens who have a right to redress of their elected leaders whenever they deem appropriate or necessary.
